Canyons Sierra Snow Pow Day
Yesterday I went up to the Canyons with my girlfriend Corey and Alice Gong. There was about a 8″ of fresh but it was HEAVY. I wish I brought my camera out the previous day as it was ultra light blower pow. Due to time we only shredded the old part of the mtn where I knew I could find fresh turns. I haven’t had time to shoot much this year, and I need to get back into it more and keep practicing. Here’s some pics..
The Canyons Opening Day
Today was opening day at The Canyons Resort, they had one sweet trail open but it was fun none the less. I was with my usual crew of Never Summer Team Riders, Copper Hoffmeister, Ben Milsaps and the rest of my boys. Mad props to Steve Duke, The Terrain Park Manager, for throwing up some features with the limited amount of snow and open trails. Hopefully we’ll get more snow soon.
Ruby Tuesday Wall Ride Snowboard Pics
I went out the other day and shot Ben Milsaps and Scott “Storch” Kuchinski on the Ruby Tuesday roof. Surprisingly we didn’t get nailed by the cops. These are a few sample pics, I’m holding out on the good ones.
The Canyons Resort closing day
2007/2008 was a great year at The Canyons and closing day was no different. It was sunny and warm, features were perfect and there was a BBQ in the middle of the park.
